For her entire life, it's been impossible to put a hat on Ruby's head without her instantly pulling it off. Now all of a sudden, she's in love with hats. Puts them on and runs around the house all giddy. Go figure!

She's looking like such a big girl these days. Acting like one too! In the morning she rattles off all the words she knows. Like she was thinking about it all night and couldn't wait to wake up to tell us. "Arm". "Foot". "Snack time". "Choo Choo". "Hat". "Mama, Dada". She actually calls us Mommy and Daddy now. I love it. :)
The other day we were coming in from the car in the late afternoon. She looked up at the sky and said "moon". There are moons in some of her story books.... so I guess she IS listening. Time to sensor what I say in her presence. Oh dear....
